Music Unites Us at Backstage RTC 2011

(Learning English with writing this post. sorry for the mistaken one)

can you mention all music genre all over the world? I surely can't do it.

Backstage RTC UI 2011, with tagline Musika Tunggal Ika, united varies music genres. This event had Pre Event 1 and 2 before main event which looked for five unique bands and predictably have bright future in music sphere. from all demos received, committees had chosen ten bands who would perform and get judgement to be the big five for Pre Event 2 and main event.

two of them are my favorite. but unfortunately they can't perform for the following events. they are Vinfag and Ice-o. Vinfag called themselves indie dance rock. I love their sounds since first time I listened it. At that time, I recently had Foster The People on my playlist. Download their songs here and you would agree with me. Ice-o is a band from Malang, East Java, like Hocuspocuz (I like this rock band too). Ice-o brings you groovy tunes and easily makes you happy with their attractive performance. I'm the lucky one having their demo cd. You don't have to worry, they give you three songs for now here.

And the big five bands for Backstage RTC UI 2011 are Honey Beat, Mind Deer, Karolina, Hocuspocuz, and Dekuliner. Pre Event 2 held on weekday and I sadly had tasks to finish. I came and the last performer was Japra Jazz. They're amazing in their way for every perfomance, even it was a full-band set or an acoustic one. For Pre Event 2, they did the last.

As a producer and one of committee of Backstage RTC, my position was staff for on air interview and the bands I responsible for were Vinfag and Pain Is Gone. I forgot to tell the unlucky five, they were Vinfag, Ice-o, Pain Is Gone, Mahoney, and The Stribes. guys, always there other ways to be success and you all have the rights to achieve it. don't ever give up! :D 

I don't have anything to do for main event, my job was over in the broadcast cab. by borrowing Canon 550d  from a friend of mine, I were trying to learn stage photography. busy for capturing moments, honestly, I couldn't enjoy the show. poor me. now I realize why Buke and Agung, whom I asked help to take picture of Terror, refuse to write the concert. so, I give you amateur pictures of Backstage RTC UI 2011. line up artists: Goodnight Electric, Float, Speed Kill, Raksasa, Final Attack, Delay Monday, The Pyscho, Hamba Allah, Story Starry Nite, Borock N' Roll and also the big five bands.
